End User Support
There are three levels of support:
1 .Self-Help: Before contacting your school’s technical support, or if you need help outside of school hours, find a tool/app help section or conduct an Internet search for solutions. If you are having an issue, chances are someone else has experienced it and there is a solution out there!
2. Routine: Email the Tech Team Mailbox at email@example.com
3. Emergency: Call your school’s media center
