Tech support for school issued devices is available in the Library Learning Commons during school hours. If you need support at other times please try the following steps:
- Restart the iPad by holding down the power and home buttons until you see the apple.
- Turn wifi on and off.
- Shut down the app by double clicking the home button and swiping up to close it.
- If the above does not work have your child bring the iPad to the Learning Commons during help desk hours.
- If you are having trouble with an App please see your child's classroom teacher.
Please report any damage or lost devices to your child's teacher as soon as possible.
Every student needs to have an Apple ID to be able to receive their iPad. Directions are sent in an e-mail before the start of the year. This is a one-time set-up.
Because we do a lot of troubleshooting during the school day we do have a password protocol so we can get into student accounts. Should you receive an email regarding a changed Apple ID password or need help with your child's Apple ID, please call the Learning Commons (203-698-6079) to speak with support staff.
