If your child is experiencing problems with his or her iPad, try the following:

1. Quit the app (click the home button 2 times, then swipe up). Open it again.

2. If that does not work, do a restart. Hold down the home button and the power button at the same time until the screen goes black.  The white apple icon will appear again.  You can then release the buttons and the iPad will reboot.

3. Bring the iPad to the Learning Commons.  See Ms. Swenson or Mrs. Bernann.

4. Do not bring your GPS issued iPad to the Apple Store for service.
