If you child is experiencing problems with his or her iPad, try the following:

1. Quit the app (click the home button 2 times, then swipe up). Open it again.

2. If that does not work, do a restart. Hold down the home button and the power button at the same time until the Apple icon appears. It will open again.

3. Have you child bring the iPad to the Learning Commons and give it to Mrs.Case or Mr. Stelluti.

4. Do not bring your GPS issued iPad to the Apple Store for service.
