Every student needs to have an Apple ID to be able to receive their iPad. Directions are sent in an e-mail before the start of the year. If you need help with your Apple ID please call the media center and ask for Jill Carroll or Cheri Amster. If your child is in grades 2-5, and would like to travel back and forth between school and home with the iPad, a separate liability form must be completed. Click here for the liability form.

Greenwich Public Schools is piloting a program to provide internet access to students who do not have these in their homes.
In the highly competitive, overscheduled world, high school students who can only rely on public access internet options (e.g. GHS labs, public libraries) are at a significant disadvantage compared with peers who can obtain information and work at any hour in their home.
Students will receive a Verizon hotspot which will connect directly with the GPS Chromebook. The Verizon device will only be accessible to the Chromebook and not other electronic devices. Unlimited internet will be available through the end of the school year at which time the program will be reevaluated.
We are very excited to be taking these steps to help level the playing field for these students.
To nominate a student, please complete the attached form, with parental signature.
