Troubleshooting for Students
Students who have difficulties with their chromebook, signing into Aspen or Schoology should come to the Media Center for assistance.  Students can come in before school beginning at 7:30am or after school.  During the school day, students can come during their Advisor Base time with a pass from their AB teacher.

Troubleshooting for Parents
Parents who have difficulty with their parent accounts in Schoology or Aspen should email the Parent Portal HelDesk at parent_portal@greenwich.k12.ct.us.
