Bids and Request for Proposal (RFPs) are available upon request or via the tabs below.
The Greenwich Public Schools makes no guarantee as to the completeness or accuracy of downloaded "Requests For Bid" or Requests For Proposal.
Bids/Proposals must be received in hard copy in the Purchasing Department by the due date and time in order to be considered. Please be advised that Greenwich Public Schools Purchasing Department does not accept bids or proposals by email or fax.
Companies that would like to be added to the list for a particular commodity may send a letter to Purchasing requesting same or may email the request to email@example.com.
The Greenwich Public Schools make surplus materials available to the general public on a periodic basis. Please visit the Surplus Sales page for current offerings. Please make note of the following:
- All materials are sold AS IS
- All sales are FINAL and returns will NOT be accepted
- Checks are the only acceptable form of payment. Checks should be made payable to: Town of Greenwich
