PTA Council Resources

PTAC Council meets once a month during the school year, generally on the first Friday of the month in person at town hall, 2nd floor conference room. Generally, the meeting will follow the timetable below:

• 9:15 - 10:00 am: Roundtable
  Attendees limited to PTA Presidents, PTAC Executive Board Members and PTAC Committee Chairs.
   
• 10:00 - 11:00 am: Business Meeting
  Attendees limited to PTA Presidents, PTAC Executive Board Members, PTAC Committee Chairs and Ex Officio Members.
   
• 11:00 - 11:45 am: Public Presentation
  Attendees to include the above as well as PTAC Committee Members, PTA Members, Members of the BoE and the General Public.
