CMS Algebra students received a visit from Mark Love of the Engineers Teaching Algebra program. Students are presented with real-world engineering problems and tasked with coming up with solutions. As stated on the "Engineers" website, the purpose of the program is..."to lead a fun and engaging, inquiry-based experience in the belief that a wrong answer is better than no answer and that success is a function of imagination and persistence."

CMS is holding its annual food drive from 11/13-11/25. Let's continue our winning streak against WMS by collecting non-perishable food items to help those in need this holiday season. Donated items should be brought to your academic base teacher. This year we will reward the winning academic base of each GRADE LEVEL. Help a family in need this holiday season by donating!
