with an expected arrival time back in Greenwich at around 7:30 p.m.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**Attention**
This Message is for Everyone Participating in the Music Field Trip
on Friday, May 20th
Due to a miscommunication with the bus company, we are compelled to revise some of the times on our itinerary as follows:
5:30 a.m. Only Eastmen and Treble Choir must arrive and board the buses in the bus loop for a 6:00 a.m. departure
6:30 a.m. 7th/8th Grade Band and 7th/8th Grade Orchestra will arrive and assemble in the auditorium;
they will then board the buses for a 7:00 a.m. departure
The performances will now go in this order:
Treble Choir
Eastmen
7th/8th Grade Band
7th/8th Grade Orchestra
In order to accommodate this change, the bus lists must also change from what was posted in the school today. ALL of the Eastmen and Treble Choir members will ride on the first two buses. The remaining band and orchestra students, as well as all the parent chaperones, will be divided on the other four buses.
Additionally, we are pushing back our departure time from the park to 5:15 p.m.,
