Perrot Library Youth Services picks for best books

Nutmeg Children's Book Award encourages Connecticut children in grades 4-6 to read quality literature and to choose their favorite from a list of ten nominated titles.

Caldecott Award is given to the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children.

Newbery Award is given to the author of the most distinguished contribution to American literature for children.

Just One More Book "A podcast about the books we love and why we love them - recorded in our favorite coffee shop".  Any new podcasts are temporarily on hold, as one half of this husband/wife team has breast cancer. All of the older podcasts are still active and are amazing, however.
