Students (and parents!) may access the Western Middle School Media Center library collection.

 DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

    General Searching:

Click on Western Middle School .  Then click on the Catalog tab. This will give you access to the entire print and multimedia collection held in the media center, as well as (Follet) recommended websites.  You will be able to search using Keyword Search, Title Search, Author Search, and Subject Search.  Detailed information about individual titles may be obtained by clicking on the "Details" button next to the title of the book after a search has been made.  Details include a brief synopsis of the book, subjects covered, literary awards, and general reading levels.

     Student Records:

1. To access a student's library record (to confirm if library materials are checked out, etc.), you must first chose "Login" in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Then fill in information as follows:
1. LOGIN= Student ID# (use only the last 8 digits of a 10-digit number)
2. PASSWORD = Student's last Name.

This resource is meant to be used by students, parents, and teachers to help them discover the content of our growing collection of fiction and non-fiction materials.
