Concert Choir is the main choral performing ensemble at GHS.  Students will build upon the singing, listening and sight-reading skills learned in Chorale.  Concert Choir will rehearse and perform classical and contemporary music of medium difficulty, which challenges their musical abilities.  The ensemble will participate in four annual concerts and may also travel to festivals and competitions.  Students will have the opportunity to audition for the Connecticut All-State and Western Region honor choruses.   Students who have no prior singing experience may enroll in Concert Choir.
