Eastern Middle School is proud to present "A Media Center Without Walls," providing you with 24 hour access to your student's media account and resources: gps.follettdestiny.com

Our 21st century world brings with it a sense of global community. The Internet has changed the way our children learn and how we teach them. As such, the Greenwich Public Schools media centers have shed their walls and are accessible as the "center" of the student's learning experience through the new web-based, library management system - Destiny.

The Follett Destiny Library Management System:

• Provides 24/7 access to a wealth of resources enabling media in the Greenwich Public Schools to meet the goal of providing ample, high-quality print and non-print resources.
•  Provides students and parents a way of accessing library accounts from home - see directions that follow...
• Provides the tools to get the best resource in the hands of children for any project or learning endeavor.
• Together with our virtual libraries of curriculum-related web resources and Follett Destiny, Greenwich Public Schools is proud to present to their community a media center without walls.

In order to access this tool, you will need a computer with Internet access. Simply enter the web address gps.follettdestiny.com and click on Eastern Middle School. You will be able to browse and search the whole Greenwich Public Schools library collection, however, for the sake of simplicity we recommend that you limit your search to Eastern Middle School.

If your goal is simply to search for a particular item, you need only enter your search term. If however, you would like to access your student's library record in order to confirm if items are checked out, you must choose "Login" in the upper right corner of the screen.

The login account information is as follows:
LOGIN = Student ID # (ask your youngster)
PASSWORD = Student's Last Name
