Do you have the right immunizations, physical forms
and medication forms for 2013-2014?
Make sure you visit the Nurse's Office webpage --
download any forms you need, make sure you know which vaccinations you need,
and get those fall sports physical forms done
at the same time you do your camp physicals!

the Middle School Summer Reading 2013 online guide,
which has the assignment information, graphic organizer, author lists
