PTAC Meeting Dates 2012 - 2013

PTAC Council meets once a month during the school year, generally on the first Friday of the month.  Meetings are usually held at Town Hall unless otherwise noted. Generally the meeting will follow the timetable below:

9:00 - 9:30 am: Executive Session - Invited attendees limited to PTA Presidents, PTAC Executive Board Members and PTAC Committee Chairs.

9:30 - 10:30 am: Business Meeting - Invited attendees limited to PTA Presidents, PTAC Executive Board Members and PTAC Committee Chairs.

10:30 - 11:30 am: Public Presentation - Invited attendees to include the above in addition to  PTAC committee members, PTA members, members of BoE and the general public.
