Board of Education's Ad Hoc Committee on Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Control

The Board's Ad Hoc Committee was established by Board action on 3/8/2012. The Charge to the Ad Hoc Committee on Planning Processes is to develop and propose improvements leading to significantly improved student outcomes by strengthening the focus and effectiveness of the present Planning, Budgeting and Management Information processes of the Greenwich Public Schools. The Committee will develop recommendations on improvements to the existing systems, including but not limited to specific proposals for the operating budget, in time to begin their adoption for the 2012-2013 school year. The Committee should complete its work by June 1, 2012 for presentation and discussion at the June Work Session on June 7, 2012. The Committee will disband no later than December 31, 2012.
