As our students read, research, collaborate, create and reflect during their classes in the Library/Learning Commons, I have seen them evolve throughout the year. Click here to read about the Grade Level activities, projects, books, technology, apps, and programs used this year.
Summer Reading 2016
The Summer Reading Booklet 2016 and Overdrive Digital Library have links found on the Greenwich Public Schools and North Street School websites.
Go to the column on the left side of the screen called Quicklinks.
Click on Summer Reading. It explains the Summer Reading Program.
Summer Reading Booklet 2016 - You can’t sign out ebooks from here, but you can see grade level lists of books by Authors’ names. Click on the author’s Names typed in blue and link to their websites. Many of them are excellent.
Overdrive - ebooks and audio books can be signed out and borrowed using Overdrive.
Click on Collections first and find your Grade Level. Each book cover has an Open Book - Black means the book is available, and Gray means it is signed out. When you look at the Sample, you will see Summary, text difficulty and available formats. You can check it out, before you sign it out.
