Meetings


PTAC Council meets once a month during the school year, generally on the first Friday of the month. Meetings are usually held at Town Hall unless otherwise noted. Generally, the meeting will follow the timetable below:

  • 9:00 - 10:00 am: Roundtable
    Attendees limited to PTA Presidents, PTAC Executive Board Members and PTAC Committee Chairs.
     
  • 10:00 - 11:00 am: Business Meeting
    Attendees limited to PTA Presidents, PTAC Executive Board Members, PTAC Committee Chairs and Ex Officio Members.
     
  • 11:00 - 11:45 am: Public Presentation
    Attendees to include the above as well as PTAC Committee Members, PTA Members, Members of the BoE and the General Public.
